Working across both the tech and business stack, he can seamlessly converse in both languages. John works closely with key stake holders to guide the development and management of complex systems, to improve efficiency, reduce risk and minimise complexity.

John holds a Degree in Artificial Intelligence and is qualified in other specialist areas. He enjoys highly complex problems which comes in handy when emptying the dishwasher.

Anthony Knight specialises in Epicor Kinetic ERP, systems integration, and complex automation frameworks. With extensive experience across manufacturing and enterprise environments, Anthony has a proven track record of designing, building, and delivering robust solutions that combine business processes, data, and technology.

Anthony has excellent interpersonal skills and is fluent in the language of business, users, development, and technology — he mistakenly believes that this, combined with his exceptional problem-solving skills, is the secret to his success. Anthony has worked as a Technical Project Manager on numerous multi-year projects and is well known for tackling complex problems and turning them into scalable, maintainable, and successful solutions.

Outside of work, Anthony is rarely far from a hockey stick, an umpiring whistle, a beer, or a strong opinion on how things should work.

Stuart Kidd specialises in ERP customisation, with twenty years of experience helping manufacturing organisations turn complex operational requirements into practical, working solutions.

Stuart combines a strong technical foundation and business understanding with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach. He works comfortably with end users, gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical execution. He has played key roles in delivering large-scale implementations and continues to work with customers post-implementation with support and ongoing development.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys playing or watching cricket, spending time with family, and worrying if he’s remembered to put the bins out.

SENIOR ANALYST DEVELOPER

Dan Waterfield specialises in process route cause analysis. He has extensive experience in development, data analysis, project management and the automation of business systems.

Dan is proficient in Epicor’s base development framework as well as c#, java/typescript, blazor & html.

During his time in the industry, Dan has developed and maintains many enterprise grade solutions. Dan holds an MSc in Psychological Research Methods, during which he designed and developed a novel eye tracking methodology and “learnt how to read minds”. When he isn’t working you can catch dan reading poems and getting his groove on at one of the many hipster joints in London.

ANALYST DEVELOPER

Nick Christou specialises in complex problems. He has extensive experience in software development and the automation of business processes. Is proficient in Epicor’s base development framework, c# and java.

During his career he has developed advanced replenishment and reconciliation tools used by large enterprises. Nick holds an BSc in Physics and enjoys drinking beer and eating cake.

Diane Fettes specialises in ERP delivery, financial systems, and helping organisations get the most value from their technology investments. With extensive experience across finance-led transformations and enterprise implementations, Diane brings clarity, structure, and confidence to complex projects.

Diane is highly regarded for her ability to bridge the gap between finance, operations, and technology teams. She combines strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, ensuring systems are implemented in a way that supports both governance and day-to-day usability. Diane has played key roles in delivering successful multi-phase programmes and is known for keeping projects on track while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Emma Gilmartin opens the line of communication between Staff, suppliers and customers. With over 15 years in the hospitality sectors, Emma has experience in Project Management, Design, Budgeting, professional development, concept development and New business development. Emma has worked with local and international Brands, where she has managed project from start to finish. While being at JPGAL Emma has worked closely with colleagues to develop the brand and expand the team to create bigger opportunities for the Company. Emma holds a Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
