Hundreds of screens, bpms, posting rules, reports and third party integrations have been upgraded and tested, including standard functionality. No mean feat for a small but experienced team and a business that is now used to a yearly upgrade cycle.

WD40’s goal of keeping current is made all the more difficult as they navigate regulatory compliance in various countries and an ever growing global foot print.

The hunt for efficiencies/improvements in both the management and use of epicor is ingrained in their culture, they must innovate to facilitate  business growth. 

The success of WD40’s upgrades are now a formality but they are still looking forward to the next upgrade, thinking of how it can be shortened and de-skilled to ensure its continued success.
